Ordering and payment.

If you've seen something you'd like on the 'Horseshoe Gallery' page please contact me via the contact page so that I can reserve it for you. The item will then be held for a week until I receive payment from you. If you change your mind within that time I'll be able to let someone else purchase it. If the item you have picked is reserved or sold don't worry I can paint something similar for you. Please remember no two items are exactly the same as they are handpainted.

If you would like a horseshoe designed especially for you that's no problem, contact me with your requirements and I can design a shoe for you, in colours of your choice with or without names, dates or a special message as required. Please take a look at the 'Horseshoe Gallery' to see what colours look good together. If you need something for a particular date please allow 28 days for design work (I apply several coats of paint as well as the design and they all require time to dry) and delivery. If you can't decide on a message I may be able to help with that too - think 'Happy Birthday', 'Congratulations',

'On Your 21st', 'I Love You', 'Welcome Home' or even 'Will You Marry Me?'.

Prices.

A painted horseshoe without names or dates is £20 plus £4.50 p+p.

A horseshoe with a message, flower design or names and a date is £22 plus £4.50 p+p.

If you'd like a silken cord for hanging or holding, attaching to your horseshoe please add £1.

A dreamcatcher horseshoe with or without names, dates or a message is £30 plus £4.50 p+p.

Please note dreamcatchers come with their own hanging thread so do not require a cord.

Please remember names, dates or messages to be added must fit onto the inner space of the shoe.

LATE ORDERS. Late orders may be possible but will incure an extra charge. Please ask.

Payment.

Paying is easy - either send me a cheque for the value of your order once you've contacted me, or request a Paypal invoice from me and I'll email it to you for your payment - you don't need to be a member of Paypal to pay this way, you only need an email address. I'm sorry I can't accept cards or payment any other way.

I post shoes from the gallery out within a couple of days, so they should be with you within 10 days allowing for weather, weekends and other unforseen circumstances. For specially painted or designed shoes please allow 28 days.
